About Gretchen
Gretchen started her real estate career with GB Landrigan & Company, Realtors in 2008. Along with her years of real estate experience and knowledge of Indianapolis, Gretchen brings forth a set of skills from her previous career in retail management. After graduating from Purdue University, Gretchen held various retail management positions in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. Past work experience of negotiating with buyers, meeting sales goals, and managing people, have made real estate a natural fit.
When not showing properties or researching the Indianapolis real estate market, Gretchen can be found volunteering with Indianapolis Garden Club. The IGC Garden Walk showcases some of the most beautiful gardens throughout the Indianapolis area with proceeds going to horticultural and conservation projects throughout the community. Other past civic organizations include Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Children’s Museum Guild, and The Orchard School Parent Association.
In her free time, Gretchen loves spending time with her husband and two children, travel, swimming, tennis or pickle ball, and walking her golden retriever, Gunnar.

Our firm is one of the few in Central Indiana that no longer practices or engages in “Limited Agency.”
“Limited Agency” describes the situation when a real estate broker represents both the seller and the buyer in a transaction. This sometimes occurs when a buyer calls a listing broker from a sign, sees the property with that broker, and writes an offer through the listing broker. State law tries to safeguard clients when such a situation arises.
Our firm no longer practices in “Limited Agency.” Should a situation arise that would typically become “Limited Agency,” we will refer one party to another broker or make other arrangements. In this way, our clients in a transaction know that we work only for them and have their best interests in mind.
